It's a little complicated than you think since having alt accounts is allowed and also, the forum rules state somewhere that accounts sales "are allowed"
By having that clause included in the rules, it means the forum administration is keeping it's self away from moderating cases of account sales or multi accounting.
To curb this, they would have to ban multiple accounts and also institute KYC. Would you really like KYC verification here?
