You still missed answering the query in question, which was 'if US players are allowed or not?''
I can't speak for tech support, as I'm not in their chats etc. And I don't use BC US so I can't know for sure.

One trusted user who asked about this received personal assurances from me that everything would be fine with him. But I can't vouch for every new user.

I can say one thing, I've been using VPN for 3 years and BC doesn't know my username and all this time I was able to withdraw funds without KYC and play using VPN (although today I gave my ID to a BC Poker member for the first time to get a ticket to a freeroll).

This whole conversation boils down to the fact that from my answer you can easily determine whether a legitimate player can use VPN or not.

I asked customer service (being from the USA) if I was able to play poker, and was told "yes you may"... hope this helps
