Wow, that's a really unique case to be honest. Some questions though. So, what exactly changed other than your appearance?
Which things on your ID for example changed? Is it a new picture, name (maybe) and gender, but the same date of birth, ID number and so on?
Unless you provide more evidence I don't see any transphobia. Also, the cancelled withdrawals are from 12 days ago. What happened since then? Did they ask for new KYC? Also, how long are you with stake and what happened during KYC?

There are many questions because with what you wrote it's hard to paint a real picture.



Addon: I just checked your username and saw you are only 13 days with stake. First I thought it is a case of, you registered as a man and now you are a woman (or reverse) but obviously this is not the case when you registered 2 weeks ago. SO something must have happened during KYC you are not telling us.
