Scudetto competition returns to only among three competitors as Juventus with short lasting rise and vague chance of joining this competition, already fell down again. There is no chance for Juventus to catch alll three competitors and beat them all for winning Scudetto in this season. A shock defeat at home stadium by Atalanta is very disappointed for Juventus, but it reveals truth about Juventus' quality and competitiveness in this season. They are not good enough for Scudetto and securing a fourth position is their main task in remaining matches.
Juventus' defeat last week was very painful and they probably won't recover anytime soon and it's a shame that when they had the chance to compete for the scudetto, they slipped again. They are currently quite far behind Inter and Napoli and even Atalanta in terms of points, but the fact is that all three of these teams have been in a bit of a mixed bag lately so I'm still pretty confident Juventus can overtake one of them especially Atalanta as they are the closest. Juventus can avenge their defeat last week by taking 3rd place from them
Their is nothing spectacular about this Juventus side and I don't think that they have the ball to compete with any of this three top teams now.
The major thing we are getting wrong here is that we are still looking at Juventus as the old ladies of yesterday, during the day of Antonio conte as their manager or the first coaching spell of Alegri, this current Juventus team is nowhere near good as Juventus of those days, so our high expectations is another problem that is even adding more problem to this Juventus side because the pressure alone is what they can't deals with in as much as the quality of the players now and then are miles apart.
Then on the possibilities of Juventus leapfrogging Atalanta, honestly it's very slim, because the Juventus in question is not that good talkless of being consistent enough like the Atalanta team, unless their is a sudden dip in form of the Atalanta team that is even more worse than this Juventus side, apart from that, their is no possibilities of Juventus leapfrogging Atalanta especially in this current form they are in right now.
