you are being blocked by cloudflare which only blocks network stuff AFAIK, so it's either an extension you have or a browser network setting causing this.
try disabling your extensions and see if that fixes it, if it doesn't, try resetting your browser settings, if that still doesn't fix it, restarting your home network to get a new IP assuming your ISP has dynamic IPs.
