If you have any records but are not going to present them, then it is better not to talk about them.
Also, if you don't want to state the basis for your conclusions because you think that you will help the "scammer" to hide the evidence, that doesn't mean much either, because in that case only you know about it. And that, again, is not enough for any claim.

This dude has a unique writing style. Once he completes a sentence, the guys use a (.) full stop and start writing the next line without a space. For example, see this:-

If you check his post history, I believe you will be able to find the difference now. His first couple of responses to this thread was written in same crappy style. But that suddenly changed in the last few replays, which made me think that either the account changed hands, or several people have access to this account.
