Hard to imagine zach lurking around the forum promoting a BTC transaction accelerator when he can tweet some analysis and earn from that. The way OP writes the post is a dead giveaway too IMO. I'd assume he's his fan instead of the real zach, although the choice to use zach name is questionable since it can misled people if they're not careful. Probably a bad idea for marketing too. CMIIW.
