I'm more or less new to the world of cryptocurrencies (I've been doing it for 2 months) and the blockchain thing has blown me away and seeing how small communities create their own crypto and make it grow has made me want to try it myself, however... I have no idea about programming 
Can someone tell me where to start to create my own cryptocurrency with my own blockchain and PoW because I'm very lost and I really want to try it, I've been researching but what I find is very very complex and I'm having a hard time understanding it. If anyone knows where to start or helps me I would really appreciate it

Looking at the way you post it seems you are not really ready to create your own crypto.
Also its easy to create a coin or token but to convince people to buy it is really hard. I don't know what is your intention for thinking about having a crypto but for sure you would struggle on many things especially that you need a budget for marketing to make your crypto to be known by lots of people in crypto space.
Hopefully you are not planning to run another scam since we already see lots of crypto turn into like that and for sure people is so done with obvious scams.
You said it well dude, and I hope op will actually read it, because you are right that it is easy to create coins, but the execution of how to persuade the crypto community is the hardest thing to do. Why? because it is not easy to gain people's trust in reality.
Unless the intention of the developer of the coins is really bad, it is likely that all the sweet promises to make people believe easily will be easy in the end, that's why the recognition of the coins that op will make if he is a scammer will be a scammer, although I am not saying that op is a scammer, but I am just saying this as an example.
