Great initiative OP. Had a quick glimpse, I would say it looked decent enough, although it needs some more work to be done.
Android app?
Afaik, it's not an Android app but an addon/extension which resizes the site using CSS and JavaScript locally. I know this because I have been using this extension for more than a years now. Although it has some minor bugs (some PM doesn't show, have to disable the extension first) but it gets the job done.
This reminded me of an older app that fahbil created back in 2018 for Android. But I think yours looks better.
