In recent years, many people have turned to side hustle freelancing, gig work and online businesses to supplement or replace traditional jobs. The rise of platforms like Uber and Etsy along with social media and e-commerce has made it easier than ever to earn independently. While this offers flexibility and additional income, it also raises concerns about job security, benefits and long-term stability.

Is the gig economy the future of work or does it create more financial uncertainty??
My only concern with the rise in remote working and flexible working environments is that the labor force is reducing drastically and in the nearest future the government may be lacking in labor force. In my country currently, both states and federal civil service commissions are actively recruiting lots of non-qualified labor since skilled personnels have chosen the freedom that comes with remote working conditions and the higher earnings obtainable from it.

Only a few persons now apply for tech related jobs, most specialists, including myself just apply for fun knowing I'll never take the offer. Almost every seasoned tech personnel hates going to the office and has embraced remote work with higher pay.
These are the reasons on why people do prefer on WFH kind of jobs or set-up.

1. Bigger pay
2. Wong really be that needing to go into office
3. Less hassle on different aspects

I can really say that this would really be that an inevitable thing on which there's really that changes on which we are living on an era on which technoligical advancement is inevitable.
Although there are those jobs on which it does need up that human workforce on which we can say that it wont be totally eradicated, but for those jobs that could potentially be done through online
then these industries or businesses will really be making up such switch up on which we know that this will really be having these changes on which it does have pros and cons too.
