TheQuin is either working on other stuff (promotion within the company?) or not part of the company. TBH this forum, and playing support on it can be quite tedious some times. I wouldn't be surprised that TheQuin chose another role just to get off of the forum 
But more likely, it's the latter, he's no longer a part of FBC
Another hypothesis could be, he doesn't want anymore to post messages on the forum or in PM either because he can't give some informations about what is going on with the platform and he is ashamed of the situation. If he was here, dozens of people would ask him every day to credit their missing WOFs and cashback from the Premium Membership program along with refund requests from the guys who have been hacked by fake deposit adresses.But more likely, it's the latter, he's no longer a part of FBC
