Juventus' defeat last week was very painful and they probably won't recover anytime soon and it's a shame that when they had the chance to compete for the scudetto, they slipped again. They are currently quite far behind Inter and Napoli and even Atalanta in terms of points, but the fact is that all three of these teams have been in a bit of a mixed bag lately so I'm still pretty confident Juventus can overtake one of them especially Atalanta as they are the closest. Juventus can avenge their defeat last week by taking 3rd place from them.
From the look of how Atalanta dealt with Juventus last weekend, I don't think that Atalanta is ready to give up their position to Juventus. Atalanta is in a better form than Juventus, they will definitely finish on third position. Juventus will be playing with Fiorentina in their next match. Fiorentina is not a weak team and might win Juventus if care is not taken.
You are not helping Atalanta with this analysis especially the part you said they will finish on third position. Remember that they are three points behind Inter Milan and two points behind Napoli, if they win the match this weekend, they will be at the same points with Inter Milan and only the goal difference will determine who will be at the top between both of them. Although Napoli have a higher chance of winning their match this weekend against Venezia FC but I have learnt not to assume anything this season especially with the Italian Serie A where wonders happens such as AC Milan at home losing at half time to Calcio Como.
The question is can they win Inter? I dont think so, Inter is one of the team with the strongest defense in the Serie A. I will be expecting a very tough game for Atalanta and Inter. As for me i will say let the best team win in the end because both team are likely to put up a wonderful performance tomorrow.
After the Inter game, Atalanta will be playing against Fiortentina and Lazio. Not a smoot ride for them but at least i know they can get up to 6 points from te 3 games.
