Just need to figure out why coin prices are crashing, and where the bottom is. I have 6 grand in cash to invest, but I'd have to put it in the bank to get onto the crypto exchange. There's other ways but they charge too much of a fee for me.
Where is your country of residence if you'll be allowed to buy USDT with your debit card and deposit into a centralized exchange to be able to buy Sol, and yes of course, you going to pay the fees required in as much as you need SOL.
If you could find someone else close by to send you SOL to your address while you give him the cash on you, this p2p method of transaction depends on your residence though, it's be better if you want to minimize the fee.
