Yes, bitcoin was created to eliminate intermediaries in our transactions, but I think the step you are taking to show us that you know what bitcoin is all about and teaching us about bitcoin is wrong, and I think it will not help you know what is really going on in this thread. Even though you have gained bitcoin knowledge elsewhere before registering on this forum, you should be more concerned with learning than teaching so that it will help you to understand bitcoin better. In this thread we are not mainly concerned about what bitcoin is all about, but we are focused on investing in bitcoin and holding it for the long term, so I will advise you to focus more on reading posts from this thread so that you will know the proper way to invest in bitcoin and hold it for the long term.
How do you invest on what you don't know, most people in this thread don't know what is bitcoin so if they are not taught or educated they will find still find it difficult to invest because they don't have any idea of bitcoin and holding it for long term, their is a good reason an individual should know or have idea of what you want to do
First it’s not advisable to post in a role when you could have just merged your two comment together I’m referring to your post above and this one I’m quoting right now.

In terms of learning we can’t know everything all in one day or all at same time learning is a gradual something some people are more focused on learning how they can be able to buy and hold bitcoin and at least see some profit from it after long period, while some are mainly focused on both the technicalities of bitcoin how it works, block size and the science behind it, it’s all a matter of choice in which you chose to invest your time on if you are just a regular hodler who want to use bitcoin as an asset or as a commodity basis knowledge of bitcoin will be enough it’s not entirely a must to know everything before you can invest in bitcoin.
