It's no longer a passion but aggression and determination to recover what you already lose, you need to control and much better to quit away, if you let your emotion dominates it risk more money to lose, though chances for some luck may happened but the percentage is too small and always remember that greed also present when you start feeling that you are having some luck, that also affects your decision making and most of the time lead you to make a bad decision and lose what you can't afford to let go.

Practicing emotions control can be done by having a plan before you start gambling and staying disciplined to that plan that you had, don't shift away from it despite anything that happens. When gambling don't allow side distractions to confuse your from your main goals. When you want to risk more than you usually do for your bet, stop yourself from making that mistake because after increasing the stakes, you're likely going to increase it more when you keep losing. Emotional controls being mastered will help you out alot because it's as most gamblers don't know how to control their emotions that they'll keep losing and still not stopping but will continue to gamble. Monitoring your expenses as you gamble will also help you out because as you know how much you're losing, you'll have to become more cautious.
