Sometimes I play slot games, I set my budget and everything. My real intention is to play for fun, but after I lose my bankroll without a real win, I feel a little bit sad. The problem is, why do I feel this way if I follow a strict responsible gambling practice?I mean, I know that losses are part of the game, and I never spend more than I can afford, but I still can’t help feeling disappointed Sad I wonder if others feel the same way or if I’m overthinking it...

You are just being a human being and that is all, there is nothing wrong with being sad when you lose but do not let the sadness extent more than just few minutes unless it will maky.you to begin to have thought that might not be good for you. After losing, just get angry as every one that lost money would be angry after that do not intend to revenge your lost money but just tell yourself that you were gambling for fun and keep on playing that way. Also do not use too much money so you can easily forget about the money that you lost while gambling. Also have extra money at hand so you can keep on enjoying your games without caring about the money that you are losing but do not overdo it to exceed your gambling budget for that particular day.
