Any team in the EPL that dont have the confident to play Manchester City should be sent to the Championship competition. Because Manchester City now is a team that everyone believe they can win. No fear anymore, nothing to make the other opponent feel like they are playing a big team. Manchester City has lost the glory now they are like other normal teams in the EPL. I cant even rate them as a big team if you would ask me.
The league will end as follow. Liverpool, Arsenal Nottingham Forest, Chelsea, City or Aston Villa.
Manchester City's position right now is also not so safe from being chased by other teams especially from Newcastle who have not played their 29th matchday in the Premier League this season. I even think that Manchester City would not have qualified for the Europa League last season if they still had difficulty winning the remaining matches in the Premier League this season. And from what we saw yesterday when Manchester City faced Brighton, it is also quite clear that Manchester City's strength has indeed faded a little this season.
Manchester City is currently in 5th place in the standings and I don't think they will maintain that position because a team as big as Manchester City will definitely be chasing to get a ticket to the Champion League by having to finish in the top 4 and that possibility still exists even though Manchester City's performance is still inconsistent.
The draw against Brighton was a bit disappointing, especially since Manchester City played at home, but on the other hand we also have to admit that Brighton's performance is currently quite good so a draw is a fair result for both teams.
Of course they will pursue at least to be in fourth place in the standings, especially in the 30th week match they will face the team at the bottom of the standings, namely the Leicester team which should be able for the ManCity team to get full points when facing the team because with the performance of the Leicester team which is currently unstable so that ManCity is very favored to win the match and has a great opportunity to catch up on their current standings.
