The results that I have predicted before, you don't need to believe in Man City even though they are playing at home, now it's different. We see the statistics against Brighton, both teams played a draw even though in ball possession Man City was slightly superior but ball possession alone is not enough if not sharp in attack. Man City is currently like a mid-table team that has difficulty breaking into the top 4, on the other hand this result is an opportunity for Chelsea to maintain its current position. I think if Man City continues like this, there is a possibility that its place will be taken over by Brighton and Newcastle.
Is this a bad result for Manchester city? I can't say that. Manchester City are not in good form. Brighton are also a strong team. So I would say it is a good result for Manchester City.
why would you even look at this kind of result as a good result for man city? have you forgotten so soon that they are the defending champions that are even struggling to get back to anywhere close to the top of the table? on a day, can you even in your dream agree that man city will draw this game? well, this is the kind of thing that happens when you have lost form completely.
Last week we saw Manchester city lose to nottingham Forest. I can't say that brighton is weaker than Nottingham Forest. Brighton is also a strong team. Even against City , Brighton's players performed well.
you are comparing a seventh place Brighton to Nottingham Forest? that have been really good this season? we all saw the manner at which city lost to forest, city was just unlucky plus forest played completely a defensive game. the unfortunate thing about these whole things is that Manchester city is in a really bad form and no amount of argument can change that. I won't be surprised that they might not even make it to next year's champions league.
