What do you mean you missed it? The messages are still there. I don't think there's anything wrong by responding to them now even if it's a bit late (around 1 month late). As mentioned above, if you're serious about running this business and not trying to do a scam, there is literally nothing stopping you from improving how things are done. It's not like your answer have to be within an hour or so after a question is posted.
