Many cases did found not just with 1win but also in other casinos that people claimed they have never made multiple accounts which is against the casino rules. The bonuses that they think are easy money, investigations are done with this and it's a process that they have to verify to make sure if the accused has abused the system or not. So, if there is the verdict that it has been abused and taken advantage of, they will surely say that it's done and deposits are likely to be refunded to the user but won't be allowed to play anymore.
If they think they are smart for taking advantage on some thing then they are wrong. Those cases where multi account usage has been found is good indicator already that doing such abuse won't bring any good result to the abusers.
That's why better for people to think about many times if they think about doing it since for sure that even if they succeed for doing it on first try for sure they cannot escape on their illegal actions done for second or another try around. Casino have their own ways to combat multi account usage that's the reason people should not dare to take the risk and try to abuse anything promo's given by them or even on other casino.

Well this type of behavior can be stopped because the casinos can simply require captchas when registering and logging in. And not to mention the fact that VPNs are banned at most casinos for precisely this reason, and ID verification being required for withdrawal.
IDs can be faked and I think that's why I see some of those fake KYC services. But you're right with that action of requiring a lot of captchas because they'll surely be pissed off with that process if they won't stop.
