Yeah after Manchester United struggled in the last match their have to use Leicester City to complement themselves this weekend at least they were up against an easy-to-win opponent and it was exciting that Manchester United was able to utilize this opportunity well to their favor and able to bag a whole 3 points from this match, also Arsenal won 1:0 over Chelsea and Fulham had a great weekend, the League table is gradually becoming more intensely competitive and clubs are beginning to go outside their ways just to have good points record in any game they have opportunity to play.
This game was well played by Manchester United. After their win in the Europa League, this was another important game for them to maintain their form and confidence. But sadly they have to face that any win in the Premier League is only for cosmetic reasons and as I said maintaining some momentum and gaining confidence. The big downside is that they have wasted this season way too early and they are not playing for anything anymore.
Maybe this is a small start towards a better future if they can keep winning in the next few weeks, but I doubt it.
