Victor Osimhen is presently a goal scoring machine and he doesn't need a withering club as Manchester United, he would have a bad time there but will rather do fine with teams like Chelsea and very especially Arsenal where a good striker is what is lacking as all other departments are in great shape. He can help Arsenal win the EPL next season with how prolific he is with scoring goals. The fact is that Manchester United is in a rebuilding stage and it would be a drawback for an Osimhen who's already ahead of that stage going to play for such team.

It seems Victor Osimhen is not motivated by money and has zero interest in a move to Saudi Arabia. In previous windows his name has come up and being linked to Saudi but Osimhen has always played down all attempts to lure him over. I believe he wants to play in Europe and will listen to offers from around Europe in the summer when his loan spell is over.
