It is possible as it is part of their business, so if they keep their promise, pay to review campaign participants fairly by themselves or by review campaign manager (outsource), it's helpful for their reputation.
It's one of ways of gaining reputation but there are more important contributors for their reputation: platform operations: deposit, withdraw, provably fairness and more.
I think running a review campaign can be a valid strategy to gain exposure and build a reputation but it’s not enough on its own to earn long-term trust. A trustworthy casino should back that up with consistent transparent operations especially fair payouts and others that have mention above without these no amount of positive reviews will hold weight. Reputation is earned through action not just marketing.
At least for now they do create something that people will get involve for some sort of possible improvement that might happen on their casino. Since those feedbacks given by people would provably helpful for their casino.
But I understand the negative sentiment of people regarding on past performance of the manager. But since the casino owner still trust them for second time aroun, I also think that people should give him another chance for this time since maybe he would deliver what important things needed to do especially that he already experience to get questioned from his past lapses done before.
I agree with you on the fact that the review campaign is going to bring in some real testers of the casino and their suggestions and feedback will truly help the platform to improve along the way, let hope they get some reputable technical testers from this forum because from what I have seen on the review page only newbies and none gambler's are the ones applying to that campaign for now.
Lastly, the review campaign doesn't have time schedule, and not having a timetable for both registration and submission of review will only drag the whole process endlessly and we hope the manager has thought about that and fixed things.
