Victor Osimhen is presently a goal scoring machine and he doesn't need a withering club as Manchester United, he would have a bad time there but will rather do fine with teams like Chelsea and very especially Arsenal where a good striker is what is lacking as all other departments are in great shape.

You will see that there is no room for Victor Osimhen, Gabriel Jesus is injured and I doubt very much that the coach will sell him or release him while he is still injured so that they can sign Victor Osimhen, and about Chelsea see:

If Chelsea were really interested in Victor Osimhen, they would have paid whatever amount of money Napoli asked for, which would not be a problem for Chelsea. The Chelsea coach is focused on other strange players. I don't know what Chelsea want. The options for Victor Osimhen are few and I highly doubt that Manchester United will sign him, even if Victor Osimhen was interested, I don't see the Manchester United coach wanting Victor Osimhen, and it is more likely that Manchester United will sign Victor Gyokeres.
