I think I have found the error, the USB stick has jumped to read only mode, probably due to the many write accesses, because I have saved the blockchain on the stick.

I have currently deactivated my Raspberry, will get a new USB stick and copy the old data and then restart the node.

Let me know when everything is working again, for a full node, which port do I need to enable at my router?
