Although the above qualities are definitely required to be a leader, if a leader is not altruistic, he can never be a good leader. Instant intelligence, the ability to control people, honesty and fairness are important qualities that a leader must possess. However, in our country, all the leaders who take on important responsibilities for the country lack any of the above qualities.
