Looking at all the teams in the quarter finals I think Real Madrid are the team with the biggest chance to win the Champions League this season. They will face Arsenal but it doesn't seem like a problem for them. If they make it to the semi finals then they will most likely face PSG assuming PSG can beat Dortmund. I think it is almost 100% that Real Madrid will at least play in the UCL final this season. I am not underestimating teams like PSG Dortmund or Arsenal but out of those four teams it seems like none of them have a chance to challenge Real Madrid. And in the final they will most likely face Barcelona, Bayern or Inter. If they face Barcelona I think it will be a tough game but Real Madrid rarely make mistakes in finals. And out of all the best teams in the quarter finals I don't think any of them have the winning mentality like Real Madrid.
Hahahah who says playing Arsenal won’t be a problem. This is football and anything can happen. I have high expectations for this game though, it will my first time watch a Real Madrid vs Arsenal game. I expect it to be fun and competitive without over estimating any team. In fact all the fixtures will be interesting however and at this stage every team is favorite for the trophy, I say so because I sense shocking drama this season.
Of course, football is full of surprises. My biggest shock will be for Arsenal to win Madrid, because I have never expected that to happen even in my dreams. Arsenal is strong and are in form but it will be very difficult for them to go beyond the quarter finals, because of the opponent that they will face. We know how Madrid do take their UCL matches very serious than every other competition.
Are we ready for such surprise? I don't want to agree that Arsenal is in form when facing Real Madrid, good form in Premier League i may partially love to agree but Real Madrid are in another level.
For instance, Arsenal is not in the level of staying in the top 3 right now if they are to be moved to La Liga, they can't beat Barcelona or Atletico Madrid, Arsenal is playing with attackers that are not able to offense the defense of Real Madrid, they may defend themselves but scoring against Real Madrid will be a problem. Both team has good defenses but Real Madrid has the best attackers and midfielders to be used in that fixture.
