What about you guys? Have you ever had a moment where you felt mobile gaming was better, or is the desktop experience always your go-to?

There are markets for both; there are players who are always on the go and they play to fight boredom while waiting in a long line or while riding home, and there are players who prefer to be focused when they are playing, so they prefer the desktop or laptop, so I don't think its a waste of time creating a mobile version.
Casinos are profit-driven platforms and want to share of the market where they can tap gamblers.
I have to agree with you. Casinos, as much as possible, want to build unlimited access to their players, which means that the more there are players, the bigger income will enter to their site. So it’s not a matter of where it’s best to play, either desktop or mobile, but where bigger profits come from. But if they can make good market for both, then multi-sources of profits will be expected.
