The only reason I will be having expectations for Tottenham to win over Frankfurt is because the English Premier League teams have a special way of play that makes it difficult for team from abroad to compete against them. Tottenham might not be doing so well in the EPL and be winning games in European competitions it has been happening on quite enough occasions so it is possible that Spurs can get a win in this fixture.
I'd always call PL team as a trap in europa league. I know how competitive PL, but it's totally different when we're talking about UEL. As you can see the picture i provided above how EPL clubs rarely won this competition.
This is why your expectation is not even subjective, but it's only based on your view without considering the data.
I rarely bet on PL club when it comes to the UEL. PL clubs are always awful.
