While registering I have to pick a bonus or the option of registering without a bonus. If I register without a bonus or pick one, does that exclude me from all the other bonuses available or I can always pick one after I have created an account?

Is there a catch here? I cannot view the details without creating an account and I need to be sure of the bonus terms before creating an account.
