I went to check the domain name registrar from WHOIS, and it seems that it is networksolutions.com instead:
https://who.is/whois/exch.cc. I think we should contact Network Solutions instead. (From newfold.com/abuse, instead of Web.com, pick NetworkSolutions.com)
But, let me know just to be sure.
