Why would I create an account here to make up a lie about their support not answering me?
No one is saying you’re lying. It’s just that we’re used to users creating new accounts and making baseless accusations against casinos for various reasons. That’s why forum members don’t take such claims seriously unless solid evidence has been provided.
As I said they marked my ticket from saturday as resolved last night without response, so I no longer have access to that ticket since I had to create a new one to contact them earlier today.
Did you contact them via their Telegram support channel? If you open a ticket when their customer support is unavailable (night time), it will be marked as resolved and closed instantly. You’ll need to reach out to them later.
