Why would I create an account here to make up a lie about their support not answering me? I have followed the forum for a while, but have had no need for an account before now and because of this issue. Would just be very weird to lie about something like this. As I said they marked my ticket from saturday as resolved last night without response, so I no longer have access to that ticket since I had to create a new one to contact them earlier today. If I knew how to upload a screenshot from my current chat with them which has no response since 12:55 today I would do that, but I am new here, and do not see the option for attachments unfortunately. Other than this, I am very impressed by whale.io and their casino.
