I'm looking for advice on which payment solution would be a good fit for a WooCommerce webshop based in the EU. We primarily sell equipment for cannabis enthusiasts. You can take a look here:

I think you should just ask in your local board because they will be the ones that would be most familiar with EU regulations and what most of the citizens where you reside in use as payment method. Cannabis is not even legal in many of the countries so we would not have the entire picture of what would fit into your region's regulations and what would not.
However, I have seen that paypal is pretty common enough and also pretty much adheres to the rules. So, I guess you can use that. You can still check out what your government may be suggesting or other entrepreneurs in your region.
