With what I saw in the game between Liverpool vs Newcastle it got me worried about how the Reds performance would be like after returning from the break because Liverpool was terrible and desperate in that encounter and I'm blaming it on the game they played against PSG in the champions league because they're all tired even some players were injured, these guys are losing form but some of us are not seeing them when they play bad because they use their goals and winning a game to cover up.
Against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup Liverpool didn't play like the Liverpool we always see every week and the wasteful Newcastle that can't stay consistent were playing better football and everything was working for them and I start having this feeling that Liverpool will start losing game or let's say dropping point starting from their next game after the break, what if Arsenal get to win this game? Im just saying because it might happen.
The recent drop in form of Liverpool is not doing them any good despite that they are doing better in the Premier League, but they should be careful so that they don't start experiencing same thing in the Premier League but i don't think Liverpool can be so lazy to the extent of dropping points such that Arsenal will meet up with them. Besides, Arsenal is not to be trusted because they also have their own problem of being unstable in performance, they will win one match and either draw or lose the next match so we should not even have that thinking that it can be possible for Liverpool to drop points because it won't happen and besides there are just few games left for the season to be over.
Any game that involves a final match, we should expect anything to happen because both teams must give their all to win the trophy and that is what happened between Liverpool against Newcastle, Liverpool needed the trophy, but Newcastle needed it the most and they fought so hard to get it. We should not take the fact that Newcastle won Liverpool and forget about the efforts of Liverpool in that match, they did their best, but it wasn't enough to give them the win that could have given them the trophy.
I ones said Arsenal are useless, which they are and they have lost the opportunity to meet up with Liverpool, true but this can happen for the to meet up and Liverpool to drop points massively. Arsenal have suffered this lack of players, not performing well and it has gotten used to them and we can see how they manage to get a win even if is 1nil, they had to manage till this period of the campaign while Liverpool has been excelling till they started feeling this same thing, the Reds are new to these same thing Arsenal has been suffering and is getting to the end of the campaign, are you telling me that Liverpool can do without these players till the end of fhe season? I doubt that, when Arsenal will be getting stronger with almost all their injured players coming back Liverpool will be struggling and more players might be going to injured and they can not be getting the business done, are you not seeing such happening or don't you think it can happen?
About the Finals you said it all, both teams did their best but you can't compare a team that's very much hungry to get the trophy and haven't been in the finals for almost 30 year if not more than and a team who won it before and have gone through hell to qualify for the quarter finals in the champions league but couldn't and have won the league cup multiple times, these Liverpool players are working under fatigue and that's showing but that is by the way. The real deal is Newcastle were more prepared and fresh in this encounter than Liverpool no matter how you see it, they can't beat Newcastle who choose games to win and the one to lose, Newcastle are confused this season but still don't underrate them and don't give them a chance if not they'll gladly take it.
I don't think that the the remaining matches yet to be played will give Arsenal the points they need to win the league. Don't also forget that Arsenal will not be able to win the rest of their matches. Despite the poor performance of Liverpool last week in both UCL and Carabao Cup finals, Liverpool will still win EPL with a good point margin.
