I did a 20 ETH -> BTC swap. Rate dropped 0.8% while it was processing. Why no volatility alerts? You just changed the final amount. A heads-up would be great to avoid unexpected losses. Now the site isn't working at all. What's going on?
Thanks for the feedback! Your exchange was carried out with floating rate, that's why the final amount slightly differs from what you expected to receive. We're working on adding volatility alerts and clarifying our floating rate policy.
