It turns out that on March 12, the New Jersey court
issued a court order instructing eXch to freeze the stolen bitcoins that ended up in their exchange.
The order mentions not only eXch but also several other exchanges and exchangers, including unidentified ones ("John Doe Exchange(s)") and an unlimited group of individuals ("any present or future holders").


Such wording makes me wonder: how are all those who ended up with the stolen bitcoins supposed to know about the court order? In the case of an unlimited group of individuals and unidentified exchanges - it's clear that they simply can't. But what about eXch and the others?
