As far as I know AI could only give a near predictions but may not be able to determine what would happen exactly in time coming as I know that AI is programmed and configured by someone like us which only deals with inputed updates, for instance they only acts on a collective of past events and a present event that is to come but since the programer aren't that certain of the information and results, the ai may not likely give accurate results but it would be one based on probability.
AI cannot predict the future in general, simply because the future cannot be predicted. From a Newtonian perspective it was thought that it could, but today that is highly questionable.
The AI could enhance winning but a total dependency of winning solely rely on the gamblers choice itself.
You forget that AI can enhance the odds of the bettor winning in the same way that it can enhance the odds of the bookie winning more, and who do you believe is going to have better access to higher quality and more expensive AI?
