They forgot that the difference in points is 12 from Liverpool if Arsenal wants to catch up and lift the title then in the remaining 9 matches they have to win all matches is it possible? Arsenal have to go through some tough matches so it is impossible for them to win all matches. On the other hand Liverpool is slowly throwing away all opportunities to get a trophy. Most recently they had to let go of the EFL Cup trophy to Newcastle with Liverpool currently only focusing on the Premier League so I say they will not be able to slip again.
The points gap is already very far so there is nothing to expect anymore for Arsenal to be able to win the title even though Liverpool's performance is currently declining.

Yeah you are right, now that Liverpool has been removed from champions League race there focus now is on the English premier league and they are still very much inform and I don't even think they will drop form because all there players are still okay the only way Liverpool will drop form is if there key players are in injury but since they are not there's no possibility of Liverpool dropping form, Liverpool are already the team that will lift the premier league title this season they have no competition anymore, Arsenal can not meet Liverpool anymore the possibility is no longer there when Arsenal had to opportunity to meet up with Liverpool they didn't use it well because of lack of consistency and this is the only thing that has stopped them from lifting the premier league title for 2 season's now all what arsenal needs right now to make them consistent is a very good striker if they can get this then next season they will be able to lift the premier league title, I believe next season will be very competitive this season there's no competition the gap Liverpool gave other teams is just too much.
