My only point was the lack of response for several days. But, they finally responded a couple hours ago, and paid out the missing bet which was not automatically paid.
I faced a similar situation with a few bucks (like 50-100)
It took some days but everything just got solved out. 3 days is nothing, just needed a little patience.
Glad to see it is already solved.
