Does Circle say in there ToS that they are responsible for USDC on Layer 2s or they only official recognise Ethereum network security?
I didn't even find that they were officially only on the Ethereum network. To learn more, I suggest you visit their
multi-chain page, those are the chains they officially support.
I visited the link you gave me and where it says token standard next to the chain, it says Token standard ERC-20 next to Polygon. So this means for transactions on Polygon I pay gas fees in Eth for Polygon transactions not pay in POL Matic token if for example transacting on Metamask? Why Token standards for other chains like Arbitrum & Avalanche are using the ERC-20 standard and not their native tokens?
Also in the link you provided, apart from Ethereum, which L1 and L2 chains have the most validators?
Lastly why Ethereum has the most USDC supply on its chain when Eth gas fees are the most expensive in that list link above?
