I can't also access the site from my end. Nothing surprising, though. Perhaps somebody has sent a big amount of crypto for swapping and, as quite expected, whoosh they went away. I hope I'm wrong.
By the way, did you get your money? Was it a successful swap?
I am sorry, my mistake guys, I meant 2 eth not 20 eth. I received my btc after the exchange but the amount was slightly different from what they showed at first. They don't have any notifications about what kind of swap they provide so that's why I ask. If it's a floating type of exchange they should inform their customers about it before an exchange.
But I wonder why a master trader would use a very young and unknown platform for transactions involving a significant amount when there are other more reputable options out there.
It's just a nickname

I am not a pro at using crypto actually, but I use it often because it's convenient for me.
You sent 20 Ethereum to this domain? If so, that requires a lot of trust. Is this your first time using the service?
My mistake, I meant 2 eth. They offered a good rate at that moment so I decided to give it a try. I tested a smaller amount at first, it was about 0.2 eth and all went well so I decided to send 2 eth coz the rate was good for me.
