I find it hard to believe this post as well. I don't think Eric Chelle would make such a comment about Victor Osimhen who is the best striker on the Super Eagles squad. Oshimen is an elite striker who has been instrumental for the Super Eagles, he is undoubtedly one of the first names that will be on the team sheet and cannot be denied a starting place in the Nigeria national team. His performances for both country and club have proven his quality, making him a key player in Nigeria's attack.
I think we need to actually comprehend news before we jump on them, many people have been spreading misinformation of him calling out Osimhen which is actually not true because it was Osimhen that reported the news that the coach was giving out instructions that if players do not run they wouldn’t play which was a good sign to start off with. So this wasn’t specifically to Osimhen.
As for the manager selections there is nothing bad there although there are some names that should be included, like Bashiru but i heard that he just returned from injury which isn’t good to rush him in. Another name I would have wanted in the team is Maduka Okoye, I think he has been frozen out of the team badly and I think he can definitely challenge Nwabali for the number spot.
My player to watch out though is Papa Daniel Mustapha who I think was a technical addition by the manager, the young Niger tonardos player has been excellent and since the country national team is lacking in creativity in the midfield this was a big call by the manager
