Luis Enrique is doing a great job especially because they got rid of all the star players and he's building a young team. Of course they spent a lot of money for those players but I appreciate this PSG way more than the old one.
Has he spent more money than Pep Guardiola? Well, what do I know? Lol that will be a story for another day. It's glad to see them improve after losing Lionel Messi,  Kylain Mbappe and Neymar Jr. I'm proud of Luis Enrique and his squad,  I won't be boggled seeing him winning the Champions league competition. He has the experience as he already won with Barcelona.  They'll be up with a familiar face ( Unai Emery ) who has one time managed the club. They weren't doing so well, but stepped up and won the best side from group stage should send a strong message across down the spines of other clubs.

PSG management has spent a lot of money in the past years. Even then, this team does not get the expected success. But has Luis Enrique spent too much money? Luis Enrique would have spent a very large amount of money to add any player to the squad. PSG is still a mediocre squad. Even then, the team is able to perform excellently with the help of Luis Enrique.

It was unexpected that PSG will play so well in the Champions League this season and defeat Liverpool. Luis Enrique has made the impossible possible. Aston Villa is not a difficult opponent for PSG in the quarter-finals now. An easy victory is waiting for PSG in this match
PSG are in a transitional phase. I would never call them "a mediocre squad", as I was saying they have a very interesting team, a great manager who knows how to work with young players, and if they give him and the players enough time they may actually make it. It doesn't always work, I remember 20 years ago Arsenal had a beautiful team with a great mix of young and experienced players but unfortunately they never won the Champions League.
