You can learn if you read with understanding, and that means you'll read something multiple times, and
if the language barrier is a problem for you, then you'll use a translator to make it clearer. Given how you ask the question, it seems to me that you have no experience with forums, but that's not a problem if you have the patience to learn the basics.
Take your time, read all the sticky topics, try to understand what's written there, and if something isn't clear to you, you can always ask others to explain it to you. Every journey begins with the first step, we've all been there at the beginning.
Another good advice is to participate in his/her local board, as we all express ourselves much better in our respective native languages.
Apart from that, and all the advice given above, in order to make clear what you think I usually appreciate concise posts. There is no need to write a novel to provide valuable information, specially when you are new.
