It's not going to be any difficult for Victor Osimhen to pick a club of his choice amongst these 3 clubs.  He will want to play at a club that's playing in the UCL next season, and Manchester United doesn't appear to have a good chance of playing in the UCL because they are not among the top four in the EPL, meanwhile Chelsea is at the top four though not stable enough but there's a possibility of them finishing in the top four which could be something to consider for Osimhen. But amongst these teams, Arsenal preferably is where Osimhen can have a brighter future than those others.
