I just submitted a report with them a few days ago and a lawyer operating in Curaco, so far no response, but it says 30+ days for both.

I believe Stake is not transphobic. Rather, with a benefit of doubts of your narrative, it's a misunderstanding since they can't verify same ID of the person owning the account and performing KYC with the documents being submitted. May I know what kinds of bet you did on stake? Is it casino betting or sportsbetting? Asking because I think we don't need to escalate to an exhaustive and lengthy procedure of court yet, perhaps an ADR can help with this.

They'll probably help verify your gender reassignment and ID-difference issue and overturn Stake's decision once you submitted all of the supporting evidence that you've basically submitted to Stake to no avail.

Holydarkness, your response is problematic for several reasons. First, you are speaking as if you represent Stake or have authority over their decision-making process. If you do, you should disclose that.

If I speak as if I represent Stake, I'll say something in the tone that shows I am talking on their behalf, like, "we are not transphobic", instead of "I believe..." but, that shouldn't mean much to you, anyway, right? Why bother asking? You've caught red handed on manipulating statements to drive a false narrative.
