I use cointrader.net. They don't have much liquidity, but they allow in-person cash deposits, which allows me to air gap my transactions so my bank doesn't act up. They're the same guys that operate the Vancouver ATM. Their office is in the conference room of the wave coffee house, where the ATM is set up.
