Yeah for one to gamble responsibly they must take caution of  any side effects coming in from their gambling habits and as well they should set up a limits of control in order to take responsibility of their actions . But most gamblers don't take note of this and have gone out of their decisions and plans to gamble irresponsibly, I think it's based on the fact that they are aimed at something but when you gamble  just for nothing else but for fun,you'll definitely know when to stop at some point but in the other hand those who derive something from gambling are always at the chances of loosing and finding themselves stucked.
