I am of the view that the reason that forum users or any other users of casino support complain most times is when the support that is operated by bots gives you answers to something whereas in reality, those answers become a blatant misconception and different from what it is supposed to be.
The few cases we have seen are not that forum members are demanding special treatment from casino supports, that is not the issue here as Icopress stated, but quite a different ball game altogether for example, a situation where a gambler makes complain to support allegedly bot support about delay withdrawal, instead of investigating the issue the bot just offer the reply that the gambler I involved on multiple accounting that is why his withdrawal is denied.
In this situation I really don’t know what the problem is probably the bot gives such information out of previous question asked and problem solved. Like I said earlier bot service are programmed so I will assume the answers given are normal answers, at the end the problem got resolved but I’m curious why will the bot indicate an issue as such when it’s false. There’s no way the casino will let a withdrawal seeing an accusation, it doesn’t seem right except the fault is coming from the system.
That's why sometimes live support is good because you get to interact with someone that's at the opposite end instead of getting answers from a system which will ofcourse tell you that it's definitely a case of what's programmed in it's system even if what you are complaining might be due to several other related or totally abstract reason itself.
